Integrations
Integrations are how your Chief of Staff reaches the outside world. Connect once and every chat, routine, and skill in the workspace can read from and write to the apps your business already runs on.
You don't manage API keys. You don't paste tokens. You sign in once on the provider's page and the connection sticks.
What it does for you
The Day-One pair — connect these first:
- Gmail — read your inbox, draft replies in your voice, send when you approve
- Google Calendar — see your week, schedule events, flag conflicts before they happen
A full catalog behind them:
- Browse by category — Email, Social, Calendar, Dev Tools, CRM, Analytics, Projects, Chat, Payments, Productivity — or just search for the app you want
- Built-in tools (the ones that come with your CoS) sit at the top; everything else connects with one tap
Shared with your whole workspace:
- These are Workspace Integrations — connect Gmail once and your morning brief, smart replies, and any routine or teammate's chat in this workspace uses it
- Each workspace has its own connections; a second workspace connects separately
Stays honest about its state:
- Connected apps show a Connected status
- If a connection expires, the card flips to Reconnect required — one tap to sign in again and everything resumes
- Disconnect any integration in one click if you change your mind
Approve before anything goes out:
- Drafts land in chat or your Chief of Staff Actions feed for approval
- Nothing is sent, scheduled, or posted until you say yes
How you use it
- Open Chief of Staff → Manage → Integrations.
- Find the app you want — pick a category or use the search.
- Tap Connect, sign in on the provider's page, you land back here.
- The status flips to Connected and every chat and routine can use it from now on.
- If a card ever says Reconnect required, tap it and sign in again — takes seconds.
That's it. No setup wizard, no permission menus to dig through.
If you only do one thing today: connect Gmail and Google Calendar. The morning brief and smart replies both light up the moment Gmail is live.
