Billing & Cancellation

Your MarketingSecrets.ai subscription is billed through ClickFunnels / PrimeMover — not directly inside this app. Managing or cancelling your plan takes a few steps because it hands off to that billing system.

How to cancel your subscription

1. Open the account menu at the bottom-left of the sidebar — click your name/workspace there (this is the same menu that also holds Credits, Integrations, and Team).
2. Click Billing & Plan — it's under the Account section of that menu.
3. On the Billing page, click Manage Subscription. This logs you into the PrimeMover Customer Center (ClickFunnels' billing portal) — it is a separate site from MarketingSecrets.ai.
4. Inside the Customer Center, go to Subscriptions.
5. Find your Marketing Secrets subscription, click the 3-dot menu next to it, and choose Cancel.

There is no "Cancel" button inside MarketingSecrets.ai itself — the app's Billing page only gets you to the Manage Subscription link. The actual cancellation happens in the PrimeMover Customer Center after that handoff, so plan on a few clicks past "Manage Subscription," not one.

Where to find Billing: the bottom-left account menu (click your name/workspace at the bottom-left of the sidebar), under Account → Billing & Plan — or jump straight there: Billing & Plan.

What happens after you cancel

• You keep full access until the end of your current billing period — cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately.
• Once the period ends, your plan moves to Cancelled and access ends.
• You can resubscribe any time at marketingsecrets.com to restore access.

If you get stuck

If the Manage Subscription link doesn't work, or you can't find your subscription in the Customer Center, email [email protected] with "cancel subscription" in the subject and your account email — support can cancel it for you directly.
