Workspace
Your Workspace is the control center around your Chief of Staff. It's where you manage who's on the team, which apps are connected, how your credits are spent, and where every output gets stored.
You don't run the AI from here. You run the business that surrounds it.
What it does for you
The people side:
- Invite teammates by email — they share the same Memories, integrations, and routines
- Two roles: owner (billing, roles, removing members) and member (everything day-to-day)
- Remove access in one tap when someone leaves
The connections side:
- Plug into Gmail, Calendar, Instagram, Slack, and the rest of your stack
- Connect once — every chat, routine, and skill in the workspace reuses it
- See at a glance which integrations are live and which need a reconnect
The billing side:
- Seats come with your plan — invite up to your plan's seat count, and pending invites hold a seat
- Watch credits — every AI call uses some, background routines use them passively
- Buy more credits any time, or turn on Auto Top-Off so you never run dry; need more seats, change your plan
The output side:
- The Asset Library keeps every document, image, video, and report your CoS makes
- Filter by type, sort by date or name
- Re-open something from last week or feed it back into a new chat
How you use it
- Open the account menu (your avatar, top right) — workspace settings like Team and Billing live under This Workspace. Integrations and the Asset Library are also under Chief of Staff → Manage.
- Start with Integrations — connect Gmail, Calendar, and the apps you live in.
- Invite your teammates if you have any.
- Glance at Credits to see your balance and where they're being spent.
- When you need to find something the CoS made, head to the Asset Library.
That's it. Set it up once, check in occasionally, and let the CoS do the rest.
If you only do one thing today: connect Gmail and Calendar in Integrations. Everything else in the platform gets sharper the moment those two are live.
