Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use MarketingSecrets.ai, including people who use a screen reader, move around with a keyboard, rely on magnification or larger text, or need less motion on screen.
Which standard do you work to?
We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
How accessible is MarketingSecrets.ai today?
MarketingSecrets.ai is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. That means parts of the app do not fully meet the standard yet. The gaps we know about are listed below.
We have not been independently audited. This page is our own assessment.
What does this cover?
This statement covers the MarketingSecrets.ai website and the signed-in app: signing in, chat with your Chief of Staff, the sidebar, settings and the help center.
It does not cover the third-party services you connect, such as your email, calendar or ClickFunnels account. Their screens belong to those companies.
What can I adjust?
- Accessibility panel. Choose Accessibility in the account menu (the tile with your workspace and your name at the bottom of the sidebar), or the Accessibility link under the sign-in form. The panel can raise contrast, enlarge text and the cursor, highlight links, stop animations and read text aloud.
- Text size and High contrast. In Profile Settings. See Text Size and High Contrast.
- Your device's settings. The app follows your browser's text size and zoom, and your device's increase-contrast and reduce-motion settings.
What still falls short?
These are the gaps we measured in October 2026 and have not fixed yet:
- Some text does not grow with Text size. Chat, the sidebar and settings scale, but text on some other pages and in some chat cards keeps a fixed size. Browser zoom enlarges everything.
- Some faded text is low contrast. Lighter hint text in places is below the 4.5:1 contrast minimum. Turning on High contrast, or your device's increase-contrast setting, makes it full strength.
- The sidebar at very large text sizes. At 200% text, long sidebar labels wrap onto several lines.
- Some screens are hard to use with only a keyboard. A few rows outside chat, for example in the asset library and some workspace pages, respond to a mouse click only.
- Generated video and audio have no captions. Training videos have a transcript next to them. Media your Chief of Staff generates does not.
- Screen-reader testing is not complete. We have not checked every screen with a screen reader yet.
How do I tell you about a barrier?
Email [email protected], or choose Feedback in the account menu. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if you can, what you use to browse (for example "VoiceOver on Safari" or "keyboard only"). A sentence is enough.
We aim to reply within 5 business days. If a barrier stops you from signing in, chatting with your Chief of Staff or paying, we treat it as an urgent bug.
