Asset Library
The Asset Library is your archive. Every document, image, video, and report your Chief of Staff has produced — plus every file you've uploaded — lives here, auto-tagged and searchable.
You don't dig through chat history. You don't lose what got made last Tuesday.
It holds two different things
The Asset Library is one page over two separate stores, and knowing which is which saves you a confusing conversation:
- Documents — written by your Chief of Staff in chat. Ask it to draft something and the result is saved here. You never uploaded these.
- Uploads — files you added: PDFs, audio, video, images, text.
The All tab shows both. The Documents and Uploads tabs each show one store, and each tab says so underneath.
This matters when you ask your Chief of Staff to find something. "It's in my Asset Library" covers both halves, so it searches both — and if your document isn't in Uploads, that is not the same as it being missing. If it ever tells you something you saved isn't there, ask it again by name ("find the document called …") and it will look in the Documents half.
What it does for you
Everything in one place:
- Documents the CoS drafted for you
- Images and videos generated from prompts
- Research reports and briefs
- Drafts the CoS hasn't sent yet — emails, Instagram replies, captions
- Files you've uploaded (including everything dropped into your Memories)
Find anything fast:
- Tabs filter by type — All, Folders, Uploads, Documents, Images, Videos, Reports, Drafts, Briefs
- Search across your assets
- Sort by newest, oldest, or A to Z with one button
- Hide Content Drafts when you only want finished work
Organize with folders:
- One folder system for everything — documents, cards, and uploaded files all file into the same folders
- Move any asset into a folder from its row menu; on the Uploads tab, folder chips filter and rename in place
- A folder you already had on the Uploads tab shows up on the Folders tab too — they're the same folders now
- Create a folder on either tab and it's saved right away — set up empty folders now and fill them later
Shared by default:
- Everything here belongs to the workspace — teammates see the same library, no share step needed
- Rename or delete any asset from its row
- Realtime — new assets show up the moment a routine or chat finishes
How you use it
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Asset Library (under This Workspace).
- Pick a tab — start with All, or jump to Reports or Documents if you know what you want.
- Use search or the sort button to narrow it down.
- Tap an asset to open it; rename or delete from its row.
That's it. Folders are there when you want them, never required — everything stays searchable either way.
If you only do one thing today: open the Asset Library and skim what your CoS has already made. You probably have research reports, drafts, and images sitting there you forgot about — and any one of them might save you an hour this week.
