Members
Members are the people inside your workspace. Invite a teammate by email, and the moment they accept they share the same Brain, integrations, routines, and assets you do.
You don't have to set up anything twice. One workspace, one source of truth, everyone working from the same context.
What it does for you
Everyone shares the same brain:
- Memories you've taught the Chief of Staff show up for every member
- Workspace-connected apps work for the whole team — no re-authorizing per person
- Routines, skills, and assets are visible to everyone with access
Two roles:
- Owner — everything, including billing, roles, and removing members
- Member — full day-to-day use: chat with the Chief of Staff, run routines, manage settings and integrations, send invites. What members can't touch: billing, roles, and removing other members
Invites are simple:
- Send by email, or copy the invite link and share it yourself
- Pending invites show in a list until they're accepted; expired ones are labeled so you know to resend (resending renews the link)
- You can revoke an invite any time before it's used
Removing access is instant:
- Removing a teammate cuts their access to this workspace right away
- Their own account stays — only this workspace is cut off
How you use it
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Team (under This Workspace).
- Send an invite — type an email and send, or copy the invite link.
- They get a one-tap link to join, and show up in your members list once they accept.
- Add a short bio to each member so the Chief of Staff knows who does what.
- Change a role or remove someone later from the same page.
If you only do one thing today: invite the one teammate who handles email or social with you. The Chief of Staff becomes ten times more useful when the person doing the work can also see the drafts.
