Plans, Credits & Refunds FAQ
Canonical answers to the most common billing questions. Your subscription is billed through ClickFunnels / PrimeMover — see Billing & Cancellation for how to manage or cancel it.
What plans are available and what do they cost?
| Plan | Price | Monthly plan credits | Workspaces | Members per workspace |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $97/mo (or $997/yr) | 1,000 | 1 | 1 (owner only) |
| Platinum | $297/mo | 5,000 | 5 | 5 |
Enterprise plans are arranged directly with the team — email [email protected] if that's what you need.
Your account's own numbers are what count: the Billing & Plan page shows the plan, price, and limits actually on your account. On Core, the single seat is the owner — inviting team members needs Platinum.
Do my credits roll over?
Your balance is three buckets, and they behave differently:
- Plan credits (your monthly allowance) reset each billing period — unused plan credits do not roll over.
- Bonus credits (setup tasks, referrals, daily logins) never expire.
- Purchased credits (top-up packs) never expire.
Credits are spent in that order: plan first, then bonus, then purchased — so the credits you paid extra for are always the last to go. The Credits page shows the three buckets separately.
When do my plan credits reset?
- Monthly plans: each time your subscription renews, your plan-credit bucket is set back to your plan's full monthly allowance. It doesn't stack on top of what's left.
- Annual plans: your year of credits is delivered as a monthly allowance, refreshed on your billing anniversary day each month.
Bonus and purchased credits are never touched by a reset.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
You keep full access — and your credits — until the end of the paid period. When the subscription ends, any remaining plan credits expire. Bonus and purchased credits stay on your account, so they're still there if you resubscribe.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled by the support team, not self-serve. Email [email protected] from your account email with the charge you're asking about, or ask your Chief of Staff in chat to file a support ticket for you.
Also worth knowing: you're never charged for a failed request — if a chat message or tool errors out, it costs nothing. See Credits for how request costs work.
How do I cancel my subscription?
The short version: Billing & Plan → Manage Subscription → sign in to the PrimeMover Customer Center with the same email as your MarketingSecrets.ai account → Subscriptions → the 3-dot menu → Cancel. The full step-by-step is in Billing & Cancellation.
Where do I manage my subscription or see my charges?
- Billing & Plan — your plan, and the Manage Subscription handoff to the PrimeMover Customer Center (subscription, invoices, cancellation).
- Credits — your balance by bucket, every charge itemized, top-up packs, and Auto Top-Off.
Can my Chief of Staff answer these questions?
Yes. Ask in chat — your Chief of Staff can see your plan, your credit balances and recent credit activity, your renewal date, and your subscription status, and can give you the exact links above. For a refund or anything it can't resolve, it can file a support ticket with the team for you.
