A Project is a folder for one initiative — a launch, a campaign, a client, a book. Every chat you start inside the project shares the same instructions, files, and knowledge, so your Chief of Staff never loses the thread between sessions.

Best for anything that runs longer than one conversation.

How you use it

1. Open Projects from the sidebar and create a new one — name it after the initiative.
2. Add a one-line description and instructions: how should the CoS think while inside this project?
3. Drop in any files that matter — briefs, transcripts, swipe files, PDFs.
4. Pin skills if you want every chat in the project to use them by default.
5. Click "Start new task" — every chat opens with the full project context loaded.

If you only do one thing today: pick the next launch or client you're working on, create a project for it, and drop in the brief. The next chat you start there will already know what you're building.
