Projects

A Project is a folder for one initiative — a launch, a campaign, a client, a book. Every chat inside the project shares the same instructions and files, and sees a short recap of the project's other recent chats, so you can start a fresh chat without losing the thread.

Best for anything that runs longer than one conversation.

What it does for you

Keeps context across every chat:

• One persistent set of instructions every chat in the project follows
• Files you upload once — PDFs, notes, briefs — read by every chat in the project
• The same files are findable from any other chat too: ask your Chief of Staff for a project's files by the project's name, or search for what's in them
• A short recap of the project's other recent chats, shown first in every chat in the project — start a fresh chat when one gets long and the main points carry over
• Skills you pin to the project so every chat starts with the right tools ready

• Every task in the project shows up on the project home
• One-line description so you remember what the project is for at a glance
• Last activity, task count, and which conversations were touched today
• Click any task to drop right back into that chat

• Spin up a project for each launch, client, or campaign

How you use it

1. Open Projects from the sidebar and create a new one — name it after the initiative.
2. Add a one-line description and instructions: how should the CoS think while inside this project?
3. Drop in any files that matter — briefs, transcripts, swipe files, PDFs.
4. Pin skills if you want every chat in the project to use them by default.
5. Click "Start new task" — every chat opens with the full project context loaded.

If you only do one thing today: pick the next launch or client you're working on, create a project for it, and drop in the brief. The next chat you start there will already know what you're building.
