Deep Research
Some questions need more than a quick web search. Hand your Chief of Staff a real topic and it goes deep — reading dozens of sources, weighing what they say, and writing you a report with every source cited.
It's a big job, so it asks first: you'll see a confirmation card with the cost (90 credits) before it runs. Approve it, give it a few minutes, and the report comes back as a saved document.
What it does for you
On the work itself:
- Reads dozens of sources, not just the top three
- Pulls competitors, pricing, positioning, and trends in one pass
- Cites every source so you can click through and verify
What you get back:
- The full report is saved as a document in your Asset Library, with a link right in the chat
- Bullets for the takeaways, and sources listed at the bottom for the deeper read
- Your Chief of Staff usually adds a Research report card to your Chief of Staff Actions page too
- Open the document anytime to read, edit, copy, or download it
How you use it
- Open the chat.
- Ask for a deep dive — "research the top 10 competitors in the dental marketing space and what they charge."
- Approve the confirmation card (it shows the 90-credit cost up front).
- The run usually takes four to six minutes, sometimes up to ten for a big topic. You don't have to stay in the chat — the report is saved to your Asset Library even if you leave.
- When it finishes, open the report document to read, edit, or share.
If you only do one thing today: ask your CoS to "research the top 5 competitors in my niche and what they're selling," approve the card, and read the report over your next coffee.
