Integrations
Your Chief of Staff can plug into the tools you already use. Connect Gmail, Calendar, Instagram, Slack, and the rest of the catalog once — then ask for what you want in plain English and the CoS does the work.
You don't pick the right tool. You don't switch tabs. You don't copy and paste between apps. You just talk to the chat.
What it does for you
The Day-One pair:
- Gmail — read your inbox, draft replies in your voice, send when you approve
- Google Calendar — see your week, schedule events, flag conflicts before they happen
A full catalog behind them:
- Browse by category — Email, Social, Calendar, Dev Tools, CRM, Analytics, Projects, Chat, Payments, Productivity — or just search for the app you want
- Built-in tools that come with your CoS sit at the top of the page
One connection, every chat:
- Connect once — every future chat and routine in the workspace reuses it
- No re-authorizing, no re-pasting API keys
- Teammates in the workspace share the same connections
Approve before anything goes out:
- Drafts land in chat or your Chief of Staff Actions feed for approval
- Nothing is sent, scheduled, or posted until you say yes
- You can edit any draft before it goes anywhere
How you use it
- Connect your apps at Chief of Staff → Manage → Integrations — tap Connect, sign in on the provider's page, done.
- Open the chat and ask for something — "draft a reply to the email from Sarah" or "schedule lunch with Mike Friday at noon."
- If the app isn't connected yet, the CoS tells you and points you to the Integrations page.
- The CoS finishes the task and shows you the draft or result.
- Approve, edit, or send — done.
That's it. No setup wizard, no permission menus to dig through.
If you only do one thing today: connect Calendar, then ask "what's on my calendar this week?" Thirty seconds later you'll have your week summarized.
