What it does for you

Big pulls finish in one reply:

• Ask for a lot at once — "go through my inbox, my Instagram DMs and my Facebook page messages and tell me who needs a reply" — and the CoS reads across all of them in the same reply. Reading your inbox, messages, files and docs isn't limited to a handful of lookups; sending, posting and editing stay carefully limited
• If a job is bigger than one reply can hold, it still answers with what it found and tells you plainly which part isn't done — it never just stops mid-plan

Approve before anything goes out:

• Drafts land in chat or your Chief of Staff Actions feed for approval
• Nothing is sent, scheduled, or posted until you say yes
• You can edit any draft before it goes anywhere

How you use it

1. Connect your apps at Chief of Staff → Manage → Integrations — tap Connect, sign in on the provider's page, done.
2. Open the chat and ask for something — "draft a reply to the email from Sarah" or "schedule lunch with Mike Friday at noon."
3. If the app isn't connected yet, the CoS shows you a Connect button right in the chat — sign in and it picks up where you left off. If it's an app we don't offer yet, the CoS tells you that plainly and shows no button — you never get a Connect button that can't connect. It can usually still do the work another way, like drafting the post for you to publish yourself.
4. If the app is connected but can't actually do the work — it's signed out, or a permission wasn't approved — the card says needs reconnecting and explains which, instead of claiming it's fine. Tap Reconnect and approve every permission it asks for (on Google's screen, tap Select all). The CoS will say the same thing in its reply: the app is connected but missing permissions — never that it's disconnected or that it can't reach it.
5. The CoS finishes the task and shows you the draft or result.
6. Approve, edit, or send — done.

That's it. No setup wizard, no permission menus to dig through.

If you only do one thing today: connect Calendar, then ask "what's on my calendar this week?" Thirty seconds later you'll have your week summarized.
