Connect an AI You Already Use
Your Brain doesn't have to live in this app. Plug it into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or anything else that speaks MCP — and every one of those tools wakes up knowing your business.
For Claude and ChatGPT there's no key to manage: you copy one URL, sign in, and approve. Keys are only for developer tools.
What it does for you
The Simple path — Claude and ChatGPT:
- Open the connect dialog, copy the MCP server URL it shows — it's pinned to this workspace, so the connector only ever sees this workspace
- Add it as a custom connector (Claude: Customize → Connectors; ChatGPT: turn on Developer mode under Settings → Security and login, then add it under Plugins)
- Sign in on the MarketingSecrets page that opens and click Approve & continue
- Connecting a second workspace? Open the dialog from that workspace's Memories page and add a second connector with the URL it shows
The Advanced path — Brain keys for developer tools:
- Claude Code, Custom GPT Actions, Cursor, and curl authenticate with a Brain key instead
- Keys are generated in the dialog's Advanced tab, shown exactly once, auto-named for the tool, and revocable the moment you want them gone — revoked keys stop working immediately
Same facts, same answers:
- Connected tools can search your Brain, read your profile, save new memories, and pull recent ones
- Anything saved from an outside tool shows up in What it knows
- Anything you teach inside MarketingSecrets.ai is instantly available to every connected tool
Always visible, always reversible:
- Each provider card shows its Connected state, and the page shows when a connected AI last read your Brain
- Disconnect from the same card any time
How you use it
- Open Chief of Staff → Manage → Memories and scroll to Connect an AI you already use.
- Pick your tool — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or API.
- Follow the Simple steps for Claude or ChatGPT (copy URL → add connector → sign in and approve). Use Advanced only for Claude Code, Custom GPTs, Cursor, or your own code.
- Open that tool and ask it something only your Brain would know — "what's our pricing for the high-tier offer?"
If you only do one thing today: connect Claude. Two minutes, no key, and the first answer is the moment your Brain stops being trapped in one app.
