How you use it
- Open Chief of Staff → Manage → Memories.
- Skim What it knows — search it, filter by category, edit anything that's off.
- Use Type it in to add a new memory in plain English.
- Drop a transcript or recording on Upload files when you have more than a sentence.
- Use Connect an AI when you want the same Brain inside Claude or ChatGPT.
