Import from ChatGPT
If you've been using ChatGPT for a while, it already knows a lot about your business — your offers, your audience, your style. You can bring all of that into your Brain in a few minutes.
Same context you've spent years building. Now portable. And your first ChatGPT import earns +200 bonus credits.
What it does for you
Unlocks the memories you already have:
- Drop in a ChatGPT data export (the
conversations.jsonfile works as-is) or a saved-memories export - Your CoS reads the whole thing, extracts the facts, and tags each one with a category
- No need to copy fact by fact
Reads the full picture, not just the bullets:
- Picks up business context, voice cues, decisions made in past conversations
- Everything lands in What it knows, where you can review, edit, or delete any of it
Mixes with everything else:
- Imported memories blend with chat-extracted memories and ones you typed yourself
- The original export file is kept in your Asset Library, so you can always re-check the source
How you use it
- In ChatGPT, request your data export (Settings → Data Controls → Export) — you'll get an email with a download.
- Save the export file —
conversations.jsonis the one you want. - In MarketingSecrets.ai, open Chief of Staff → Manage → Memories.
- Drop the file on the Upload files card.
- Give it a minute, then skim What it knows — your imported memories are sitting there, ready to use (and the +200 credit bonus lands automatically on your first ChatGPT import).
If you only do one thing today: start the ChatGPT export. When the file arrives, one drag-and-drop makes your CoS sound like the version of ChatGPT you spent a year training — without you re-typing a single thing.
