What It Knows
What it knows is the running list of everything in your Brain, right on the Memories page. Every memory, its category, and when it was saved.
Think of it as the receipts on your CoS — the proof of what it knows.
What it does for you
Shows you everything:
- Newest memories at the top, a page at a time — hit Load more to keep going
- Each memory shows its category and date
- Filter by category, or search by keyword — the search covers your whole Brain, not just the page you're on
Lets you fix anything that's wrong:
- Edit a memory in place — hover a row and tap the pencil
- Delete anything that's stale, wrong, or no longer true
- Changed your mind about something? Save the new version under the Your Corrections category so the record is explicit
- Select several memories at once to move them between Workspace and User-Level scope
Workspace vs User-Level:
- Everything here is Workspace Memory by default — shared with your team
- With User-Level Memories turned on (under Advanced), a scope filter appears and each memory you added gets Move buttons
How you use it
- Open Chief of Staff → Manage → Memories and scroll to What it knows.
- Search or filter to find a memory.
- Hover a row to edit or delete it.
- Skim it once a week — your CoS gets sharper every time you correct it.
If you only do one thing today: search for your pricing. If what comes back is wrong or missing, fix it — every future draft quotes it.
