Reports

Reports are the longer write-ups your Chief of Staff produces: research reports, a competitor snapshot, an industry brief, and anything you set up as a routine. They land on your Chief of Staff Actions page as a card, and research reports are saved as documents in your Asset Library.

Skim the summary in 30 seconds. Read the full report when you have the time.

What it does for you

The kinds of reports your CoS produces:

• Research reports — full studies on any topic you ask for (see Deep Research)
• Competitor intel — who your top competitors are, how they position, and what they charge. You get one after setup, and you can ask for a fresh one anytime
• Industry brief — trends and signals in your niche, also created after setup
• Routine results — set up a weekly review or a monthly numbers recap as a routine, and each run shows up as a card in the Routine Runs tab

Built to be read:

• A summary on the card — read it in 30 seconds and you've got the gist
• Bullets, not a wall of text
• Sources listed so you can click through and verify
• The full report one tap away

Runs on a cadence:

• Set a routine — weekly, monthly, or any rhythm you want
• Each run lands on your Chief of Staff Actions page at the time you picked
• Your CoS pulls fresh data each time — never a stale report
• Pause, retime, or change what's included by asking in chat

Saved for later:

• Research reports are saved as documents in your Asset Library, and competitor intel and industry briefs show under its Reports tab
• Ask your CoS to find an old research report — "find the competitor research from last month"
• Routine result cards link back to the run's chat for follow-ups
• Copy a research report out as markdown, or download it, anytime you need to send it

How you use it

1. Open Chief of Staff Actions and look for a Research report, Competitor intel, Industry brief, or Routine result card — the Docs, Briefs, and Routine Runs tabs help.
2. Read the summary on the card — that's your 30-second version.
3. Tap to open the full report with its sources.
4. Tap any source to verify a claim or read deeper.
5. Ask your CoS in chat for a new angle or a follow-up report.

You don't sit down and write a weekly review anymore. You read one. The work happens overnight.

If you only do one thing today: ask your CoS to set up a weekly review routine for Sunday night. Next week you'll wake up to your first report.
