Chief of Staff Actions
The Chief of Staff Actions page is your home base for "what happened while I wasn't looking." Routine runs, drafts, documents, briefs, and media all land here as cards you can act on. Your Dashboard shows the newest few in its Recent Feed; the Actions page is the full record.
You don't dig through tabs. You skim the cards, open what matters, and mark the rest handled.
What it does for you
Pulls everything into one stream:
- Morning briefings and routine results
- New leads from Gmail with replies already drafted
- Instagram drafts with suggested responses
- Research reports and documents your CoS produced
- Generated images and videos
A "Ready for Review" section up top:
- Work that's waiting on you sits above the stream, grouped so you can clear it fast
- Each item deep-links to the exact thing to look at, and drafts have a Copy button so you can take the text wherever you need it
Built for finding things:
- Category tabs — All, Routine Runs, Docs, Briefs, Leads & Drafts, Media
- A From/To date range with a one-tap Clear
- Pages of 20, so a busy month stays navigable
- The Routine Runs tab shows failed runs in their own strip so problems can't hide
Acting on a card:
- Tap a card to open it — lead and draft cards let you approve, edit before sending, or archive; documents and reports open for reading, editing, copying, or download
- Mark as handled when you're done — handled cards stay on the page, muted with a "Handled" chip (with an undo), so nothing disappears from the record
- Cards link back to the conversation that produced them, so you can open one and keep working in chat
How you use it
- Open your Dashboard — the Recent Feed shows what's new, and See All Actions takes you to the full page.
- Clear the Ready for Review section first — approve, copy, or edit what's waiting on you.
- Skim the stream, using the tabs and date range when you're hunting for something specific.
- Mark cards handled as you go.
If you only do one thing today: open Chief of Staff Actions first thing in the morning and clear the Ready for Review section in five minutes.
