Morning Briefing
The Morning Briefing is the first card you see each day. It's a roll-up of what your Chief of Staff found overnight: fresh news in your niche and competitor moves from a live web sweep, plus the unanswered leads sitting in your inbox.
Open it with your coffee. By the time you finish the briefing, you know where to start.
What it does for you
Two overnight sweeps:
- Your niche and competitors — a live web research pass for news that actually affects your business
- Gmail leads — unanswered leads from the last seven days, with names, subjects, and snippets (works once Gmail is connected)
Organized to skim:
- Tabbed sections with a count on each tab, so you see the volume at a glance
- Each item is one short line — no walls of text
Runs itself:
- Generated by a routine that's set up for you at 7:00am Eastern by default — change the time by asking the Chief of Staff in chat or editing the routine on the Routines page
- What it learns is stored in your Brain, so future briefings build on what came before
- Lands as a card in your feed — no email to dig through
How you use it
- Open your Dashboard first thing in the morning — the briefing card is in your Recent Feed (it's also on the Chief of Staff Actions page).
- Skim the tabs — news, then leads.
- Take what's actionable into chat: ask the Chief of Staff to draft the reply or dig deeper on a story.
- Want a different time or focus? Say so in chat — "move my morning briefing to 6am" works.
If you only do one thing today: connect Gmail. The briefing gets twice as useful when it can show you the leads waiting for a reply.
