Skill Library
The Skill Library is a shelf of ready-made skills. Russell's frameworks. Proven methodologies. Playbooks built for the jobs entrepreneurs actually do.
You don't have to start from a blank prompt. Pick the skill that matches the job and run it — or clone it and make it yours.
What it does for you
A starting point for every job:
- Copywriting — emails, ads, captions, landing pages
- Research — competitor profiles, niche reports, customer voice
- Content and social — short-form scripts, post structures, calendars
- Sales and launches — webinar frames, offer stacks, launch checklists
Each card gives you two moves:
- Use Skill → — opens a new chat with the skill attached and runs it as-is. Nothing gets added to My Skills; the Library copy stays where it is.
- Clone Skill → — makes a private copy in My Skills that you can rename, rewrite, and attach your own voices to. Your clone is yours: Library updates never change it.

- ✨ Recommended skills sort to the top
- Filter by category, search by name, and switch between grid and list views
How you use it
- Open Chief of Staff → Manage → Skills and switch to the Skill Library tab.
- Filter by category or scroll the shelf.
- Hit Use Skill to run one right now, or Clone Skill if you want to tweak it first.
- Cloned a skill? Open it in My Skills to edit the instructions — and turn on auto-suggest if you want your CoS reaching for it on its own.
If you only do one thing today: hit Use Skill on one Library skill from the category that matches what you sell, and run it on your next piece of work.
