Skills
A Skill is a packaged playbook your Chief of Staff can run on demand — a research pattern, a sales script, a copy framework, a launch checklist. Attach one to a chat and the conversation follows that framework end to end.
You don't write prompts. You don't memorize commands. You pick the skill, and your CoS knows the framework.
What it does for you
Two shelves on one page:
- My Skills — skills you've built or cloned, shared with your workspace
- Skill Library — ready-made playbooks; the best matches for you are marked ✨ Recommended
- Filter both by category — Writing, Research, Analysis, Operations, Custom
Two buttons, two different things:
- Use Skill → opens a new chat with that skill attached. Nothing is copied anywhere — it just runs.
- Clone Skill → forks a private copy into My Skills so you can rewrite it to fit your business.
Let your CoS reach for them:
- Turn on auto-suggest for a skill and your CoS applies it automatically when a message matches — the skill pill in chat lights up so you always know
- A freshly cloned skill starts with auto-suggest off; flip it on in the skill's editor
- Voices (your Attractive Characters) can be attached to a skill so the output sounds like the right person
How you use it
- Open Chief of Staff → Manage → Skills (or tap the wand icon in the chat composer — it links here too).
- Browse My Skills or the Skill Library, filtering by category.
- Hit Use Skill to run one right now, or Clone Skill to make it yours first.
- In the chat, answer what the skill asks — audience, offer, context — and the result lands in the framework's structure.
