Coaching Bot
The Coaching Bot turns your Attractive Character into a public-facing chat bot. Visitors on your site (or anyone with your share link) can talk to a version of you — your voice, your stories, your point of view — that answers from the content you've trained it on.
It coaches your audience so you don't have to answer the same questions twice.
What it does for you
Everything lives on one tab, in sub-tabs:
- Train — upload the content the bot should know (with a setup checklist that tracks your progress)
- Voice — the bot speaks in a coaching style that refines itself automatically as you add training content; advanced users can edit its answering rules (what to always do, what to avoid, what to offer)
- Links & Bio and Call to Action — what it points people to
- Contacts and Conversations — who talked to it and what they said
- Appearance — avatar, accent color, theme
- Settings — the Live/Off master switch and the danger zone
- Share — the public embed toggle, embed code, and share link
- Preview — test the conversation before you share it
Honest by design:
- The bot answers from what you uploaded to Training — the answering rules shape how it behaves, not what's true
- Turn it Off in Settings and it stops accepting public conversations immediately
Captures value while it talks:
- Collects contacts and points people at your call to action
- Every conversation is logged under Conversations so you can see what your audience actually asks
How you use it
- From Attractive Characters, open a character and go to the Coaching Bot tab.
- Start in Train — upload the content it should learn from and work down the checklist.
- Shape it in Voice, Links & Bio, and Call to Action.
- Check Preview, flip it Live in Settings, then grab the embed code or share link from Share.
Looking for help building your Attractive Character? That's the Help me define my attractive character button on the character page — it opens a guided chat with your Chief of Staff.
If you only do one thing today: upload one piece of your best training content and hit Preview. Ask it the question your audience always asks you.
