Routines
Routines are the work your Chief of Staff does for you on a schedule — without you asking. Morning briefs. Lead scans. Weekly summaries. Anything you'd do on a cadence.
You set the time, describe what should happen, and the result lands in your feed. No timers. No reminders. No cron syntax.
What it does for you
Run on autopilot:
- A daily morning brief that lands before you grab coffee
- A lead scanner that reads your inbox and drafts the replies
- Weekly summaries of revenue, content, or whatever you track
- Anything you'd do on a recurring rhythm
Built for non-technical schedules:
- Pick a schedule from a friendly picker — one-time, daily, weekly, monthly, or every 30 minutes
- Pick which AI model runs it (routines always run as your Chief of Staff)
- Pause and resume anytime; run any routine on demand with Run Now
Output you can actually use:
- Every result drops in as a tappable card — see them all on the Chief of Staff Actions page under Routine Runs
- Run history shows every past run with full output
- Errors surface clearly — and a routine that fails three runs in a row pauses itself instead of failing silently forever
How you use it
- Open Chief of Staff → Manage → Routines.
- Hit New Routine — pick a template or describe one yourself.
- Choose the schedule and, if you like, the model.
- Save. Your CoS takes it from there.
- Check the Chief of Staff Actions page for the results.
If you only do one thing today: install the morning brief routine and let it run tomorrow morning. You'll know in 30 seconds if you want it on every day.
