Customer Avatar
A Customer Avatar isn't a marketing exercise — it's a working tool. Once your avatars are in, every email, ad, and post can be tuned to one of them.
Open Customer Avatars in the app →
Build one with your Chief of Staff
Create an avatar and give it a name, then tap Help me define my customer avatar. Your Chief of Staff interviews you about this person and, once you approve the profile, saves it into the avatar you already made — you won't end up with two avatars of the same name.
Want to change something later? Just tell your Chief of Staff — "she's 60+, not 45" or "add that she hates group tours". It updates only what you mention and keeps everything else.
After every save your Chief of Staff reads the avatar back. If any detail you gave didn't make it onto the card, it names that field instead of telling you everything was saved. And if you create an avatar with a name that's already taken, the existing one opens instead of an empty copy.
Where everything shows up
The avatar page has its own fields for age, occupation, platforms, biggest fear and desire, pains, dreams, and the three false beliefs. Anything else your Chief of Staff learned in the interview — their ordinary day, the words they use, what they've already tried — is listed under More details at the bottom of the page. To change or remove one of those, ask your Chief of Staff.
