MarketingSecrets.ai (the “Service”) is operated by PrimeMover LLC, doing business as Marketing Secrets AI. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

1. What We Collect
- Account information — your name, email address, password hash, and account settings.
- Business profile data you provide — niche, offers, pricing, audience, Dream 100, current focus, voice and tone preferences, and other details you enter or import into your Brain.
- Conversation history — messages exchanged with your Chief of Staff (Ea) and any files or images you attach.
- Memory facts — structured facts you save or that Ea extracts from your conversations, with their embeddings.
- API keys you generate — for the MCP Brain connector and other integrations (stored as hashed values; only the first few characters are recoverable after creation).
- Integration tokens — OAuth tokens for services you connect (Gmail, Instagram, Google Calendar, etc.), held by our integrations partner and used only at your direction.
- Usage data — credit consumption, session activity, routine runs, sprint progress, feature usage, IP address, and browser information for security and product analytics.
- Payment information — billing details processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use It
- Power the AI Chief of Staff features — chat, memory recall, routines, sprint apps, and agent runs.
- Personalize Ea’s responses with your profile, memories, and prior conversations.
- Process subscription billing and credit consumption.
- Improve the product — aggregate, de-identified analytics about feature usage and performance.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, sprint updates, security notices) and product emails you have opted into.
- Detect abuse, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations.
3. AI & Memory Data
Your Brain is private to your account. Specifically:
- Memory facts, conversation history, and embeddings are user-scoped via row-level security — only you (and team members you invite) can access them.
- We do not use your memory facts, conversations, or business profile to train AI models — ours or any third party’s. These are passed to AI providers at request time solely to generate responses for you.
- When you delete your account, your memory facts, conversation history, and embeddings are deleted from our databases (and requested to be deleted from Mem0) within 30 days.
- You may export your Brain at any time from Settings → Export, and delete individual memories from the Memory Hub.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following sub-processors only to the extent needed to operate the Service. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. Controllers who need our processor terms — including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum — should see our Data Processing Addendum.
- Supabase — Postgres database and authentication (US-East).
- Vercel — application hosting and edge network (US-East).
- Anthropic — Claude models used to process your chat messages and routines.
- OpenRouter — AI routing across providers when you use non-Anthropic models.
- Mem0 — vector storage and semantic recall of memory facts.
- Trigger.dev — background job execution for scheduled routines and long-running agents.
- Composio — OAuth and API access for integrations you connect (Gmail, Instagram, Calendar, etc.).
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
- PostHog — product analytics and usage metrics.
5. Data Retention
- Account and profile data are retained while your account is active.
- Conversation history, memory facts, and embeddings are deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Payment records are retained as required by tax, accounting, and anti-fraud laws (typically 7 years).
- Security logs are retained for up to 12 months for abuse detection and compliance.
6. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, portability of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
MarketingSecrets.ai is intended for users age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. California & EU Rights (CCPA / GDPR)
California residents have the right under the CCPA to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell your personal information.
EU/EEA/UK residents have the rights under GDPR and UK GDPR to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of their personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lawful basis for processing is primarily performance of the contract (delivering the Service you signed up for) and legitimate interests (product improvement, security).
9. Data Location
Primary data storage and processing occur in the United States (AWS/Supabase US-East and Vercel US-East). Some third-party AI providers may process requests in other regions; these calls transmit only the content needed to generate the response and are not used to train their models.

11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to registered account owners and announced in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
