What are Sprints?

Sprints are monthly content packages where Todd Dickerson films himself solving real business problems he's currently facing. Each sprint has 10 micro-lessons (10-15 min each). You watch Todd solve the problem, then your AI Chief of Staff can do the same thing for your business. Skills get created from sprints.

How does memory work?

The Memory Hub is a central database of facts about your business. Import your ChatGPT history, Claude projects, notes, or transcripts. Your AI Chief of Staff references this memory across all tasks. Once it's imported, you never have to explain your business context again. Memory is shared across all AI tools via MCP server.

What are AI Routines?

Routines are recurring AI tasks that run automatically (e.g., morning business brief, competitor research, email drafts, Instagram replies).
